Motörhead Bad Magic Album Review, 5 Skulls!

There are really only a few things in life we can count on. One is that we will die, two we have to pay taxes. Another is that Lemmy and Motörhead are going to release a pulse pounding, heavy, punk rock inspired album, and they do not disappoint at all.
After 40 years Lemmy is still one of the baddest men in rock, and being backed by Philip Campbell (guitar) and Mikkey Dee (drums) they live up to all the snarls, heavy riffs and purely flawless drums that is Motörhead, true and true.

The songs are as catchy as ever and 'Shoot Out All the Lights' contains a great call and response section. Motörhead have always been capable of busting out a great ballad and this doesn't change with the infectious 'Til The End'.
Every song is a heavy performance by this trio and then we hit the grand finale, a cover of the Rolling Stones' 'Sympathy for the Devil', I love when bands do songs from other artists and make it their own …

Born from the thrash epicenter of the San Francisco Bay Area comes WILDERNESS DREAM, a brand new, four-piece, heavy metal unit of destruction combining the speed and fury of 80s thrash and 90s death metal, with the melodic leanings and no-frills DIY aesthetic of modern day punk.
