BLACK LABEL SOCIETY DEBUTS NEW MUSIC VIDEO FOR "MY DYING TIME"

Unstoppable force BLACK LABEL SOCIETY has debuted a brand new music video for their hit single, "My Dying Time" exclusively through VEVO. Directed by Justin Reich of The Antimatter Studio, the video shows frontman Zakk Wylde and newcomer Dario Lorina shining brighter than ever. Wylde adds comment:   "The video that father Justin created, my treatment was of me waking up in the morning and going to the grocery store and this is the video he made." WATCH THE VIDEO HERE01. 2014 ROCKSTAR ENERGY DRINK MAYHEM FESTIVAL!

Avenged Sevenfold are set to headline the seventh annual Rockstar Energy Drink Mayhem Festival tour. The roving hard rock and metal fest will also feature Korn alongside metalcore groups Asking Alexandria and Trivium on its main stage. The festival will also feature Cannibal Corpse, Miss May I and rapper Ice-T's metal group Body Count — who drew infamy in the Nineties over their song "Cop Killer" — among others. The trek will also be the first U.S. tour since the death of Suicide Silence frontman Mitch Lucker in a motorcycle accident; All Shall Perish frontman Hernan "Eddie" Hermida is the group's new vocalist. The tour will run from July 5th to August 10th, with tickets going on sale April 4th. See the full dates below. The tour will feature four stages at most dates, giving a platform to 20 bands. Before we begin, I feel it is appropriate to dedicate this review to the injured and deceased of the horrific event of March 12th, 2014.  The idea of something this senseless and horrific happening not far from where many of the accompanying photos took place or long after either is mind-bobbling.  From all of us on this publication our thoughts and prayers go out to those affected.


With that said…
Few occasions in life are as good as they seem from a far; South By Southwest on the other hand are one of those occasions where they actually turn out better than your wildest imagination.  Truly the music-lovers perfect gathering where some of the hottest performers and rising acts are flooding every block, often times playing small-intimate shows.  Every genre was represented, every style was on display, an audiophile could not ask for a better place to experience live music.  Also to the loyal readers of this magazine who may find themselves in Austin at some point, please be sure to l…
