CHRYSALIDE INTERVIEW WITH ARCO AND SYCO.

First I would like to Thank you for taking time out and doing this interview
for our readers and your fans \ m /.

B&H: Please tell my readers and your fans the origin of your bands creation?

Arco : Syco and me, we are brothers and Yoann is a very good friend of us for many years.
We started the project Syco and me 10 years ago and Yoann joined us 6 years ago. We all
wanted to make a strong, euphoric, hybrid, electronic, explicit musical project.
And above all, we all wanted to perform it on stage. As simple as that.

B&H: The title of your EP is " Personal Revolution" where did the title
develop from?

Syco: actually it's a LP. A full album of 14 tracks.

Arco : I personally don't like cryptic title for an album. I want to know what the sound is about. So we wanted
something very explicit. Something that gives the tone. And it was the time for us to make something more introspective, to look at the mirror. Evolving to survive. To question ourselves about our fails and our potential. To start from the beginning.

Syco: Yes. Chrysalide was more a critical project before. Involved in a fight against a Machin that we really can't fight if we are plugged in. So if we want to change things, we have to start by ourself. The best way to respect introspection for us was to choose the minimal way for the sound.

B&H: What bands did you draw your inspiration from when you started the new
EP "Personal Revolution"?

Arco : Death Grips, Nine Inch Nails, The Knife, Atari Teenage Riot, Synapscape, Fuck Buttons, Ohgr, Prodigy, Neubauten, Ministry, Light Asylum, Korn, Thom York, Skinny Puppy, Die Antwoord, Arvo Part, Kraftwerk, Depeche Mode, Bowie..

Syco: As you can see, there is no border.

B&H: How does the new EP differ or evolve from your album "Lost In To Lost
World"?

Arco : I think it is much more electronic and more minimal. This time, the vocals are in the center of the music. It is more about the meaning
than the form.

Syco: I think it's the same substance but not the same style. Remain ourself and evolving.
