BATTLECROSS to tour with Killswitch Engage and Trivium in the UK.

BATTLECROSS have announced they will join Killswitch Engage, Trivium and Miss May I on a massive run through the UK and Ireland, which kicks off in Dublin on January 29, 2013.

It will be the Detroit outfit's first outing here and the band are looking forward to it: "Battlecross is so stoked to hit the UK with Killswitch Engage, Trivium and Miss May I as our first overseas tour ever and thank them for having us on this awesome tour! TÝR announce North American tour with Children of Bodom.

TÝR will be joining Children of Bodom on their "Halo of Blood over North America" tour in early 2014. The tour will embark on February 14th in Quebec City and wraps up on March 28 and 29 with back-to-back shows at Irving Plaza in New York, NY. Additional supporting acts are TBA with announcements coming soon. Tickets and premium packages are available now exclusively at General tickets will go on sale on Friday, November 8th at 10:00am local time.

Reptilian Death – The Dawn Of Consummation and Emergence Album Review by Conor Wasson.

When you think of metal, what country jumps to mind? Norway, Sweden, America? Chances are it was one of those, or any of the other countries that constantly output quality music. Rarely, if ever, does one associate India with metal, since its musical culture is more geared towards something like this: Reptilian Death are about as far from Punjabi music as you can get. They play a very interesting mix of tech and brutal death with some grindcore influence, with a very heavy emphasis on the brutal part of things. These guys sound seriously evil, like the kind of music that would play during a killing spree. In a word, this album is crushing. They do stretch the limits of technical death metal, but the brutality is apparent from the opening track, and doesn’t let up until the closing track is over. As is the case with this type of music, things do blend together a bit, but I wouldn’t really call that a bad thing.             I tried to do an …
