It seemed almost a perfect twist of fate that New York rockers Eve to Adam got tapped to support Creed, a band whose arena-ready songs propelled them to superstardom.
With their guitar-driven, fist-pumping anthems, Eve to Adam craft thick and gritty rock tunes that that just beg to be delivered on the big stage. On Saturday night (April 21), the band got to put them to the test in front of a mere 8,000 people at the Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Conn.
Delivering a 45-minute high-energy set chock full of tunes from their latest disc ‘Banquet for a Starving Dog’ mixed in with a few fan-favorites from their debut release 2007′s ‘Queens to Eden,’ Eve to Adam hit the stage with the clear intent of winning over every person sitting in the crowd, and by the end of the night, they had done just that.
Clearly airing on the side of ‘the louder the better,’ frontman Taki Sassaris provided the voice, leading their rock ‘n’ roll revolution. Backing him up were his brother Alex was on the drums, Guarav Bali on guitar and newest member Eric Bergmann on bass.
The band definitely took time to show their gratitude to the audience throughout. “We are living the dream right now, playing for all of you, opening for Creed,” Sassaris stopped to say, before continuing the party.
The highlight of their set was when they were gearing up to introduce their latest single ‘Reach.’ While launching into the track Sassaris made a special dedication, “Every night we play this song for the bravest and the best that the United States has to offer, we dedicate this next song ‘Reach’ to the men and woman of the U.S. Armed Services…for never letting us down, even when it got the worst.” It was a touching moment that was met with thunderous applause

James Schmid from Waterloo, Ontorio. Alter Bridge provides everything you'd expect from a rock radio hit, while also giving die hard AB fans everything they expect from their beloved band with My Champion.
The song opens with a guitar riff reminiscent of Def Leppards "Photograph" before hitting you square in the face with a "heavy for radio" sound that remains catchy without disappointing their "we like it fast and hard" fans. Their fan base, and music ranges in such a wide spectrum, it…
